Paul Diegel, Managing Director:
Paul has 27 years of experience in technology research, development, manufacturing, and operations, including participating in the management of 8 start-up ventures and 2 joint venture projects with foreign partners. He has designed and taught Business Sustainability and Project Management workshops and has taught Project Management as an adjunct faculty member at the David Eccles Graduate School of Business at the University of Utah. Paul has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, an M.S. in Bioengineering, and an M.B.A. in Sustainable Management. Paul lives in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Carrie Bancroft, Managing Director:
Carrie has 10 years of project management, marketing, website development, and communications experience. Carrie is also the owner of withinsight technologies, a web technologies consulting company for organizations dedicated to social change. Carrie has a B.A. in Latin American Studies and an M.B.A. in Sustainable Management. Carrie lives in Seattle, Washington.

Corey McKrill, Tech Support & Member Management:
Corey McKrill spent four years as Production Project Coordinator for environmental media non-profit Grist.org before founding Jupiterwise Design, a web design company specializing in web presence for small businesses. Corey currently attends Bainbridge Graduate Institute's MBA in Sustainable Business program, with an undergraduate in Geology and Environmental Studies at Whitman College. He lives in Seattle, WA.

Stephen Hatfield, Original Co-Founder & Green Expert Consultant:
Stephen has over 10 years of experience designing and teaching natural science and environmental education curriculum, and developing and leading wilderness-based skills and leadership courses. He has a M.S. in Environmental Education from Lesley University and an M.B.A. in Sustainable Management. Stephen lives in Portland, Oregon.
